And Another One Bites the Dust

2DWM-2 – The steady exodus of personnel from Two Brothers Mining continued yesterday, as the departure of a long standing and high ranking member signalled yet another slow news day in the New Eden star cluster.

This week saw Cyrus “Tricky77” O’Narah, TBMC’s Director of Previously Operational Structures and Lead Instructor of Sleeping at the Helm of Iteron Transports, join the long list of inactive and former employees who have fled the corporation in recent months, allegedly in the hopes of finding a home far, far away from the desperate, longing gazes and quick hands of Director of Human Resources and newly appointed co-co-co-co-co-co-co-co-cocoa-CEO Kazashini Igropeya.

The timing couldn’t be worse for Two Brothers Mining, as it comes while the company is still reeling from the departure of longtime reclusive mother figure Jacquin O’Narah, and while it finds itself entrenched in the middle of a bitter and protracted war with the mighty and valiant members of the Drone Russian Forces.

The timing also couldn’t be more suspicious, as, in the chaos of Two Brothers’ repeated corporate restructuring and the devastating invasion of the Vale of the Silent by the righteous and honourable Russians, few noticed the order issued by Mr. O’Narah to tear down corporate structures mere days before stepping down to “pursue a career in the growing personalized structure component production and vending industry”.

And so, while Cyrus O’Narah is not the first, nor will he be the last, member of the Two Brothers Mining Corporation to walk away, his doing so may very well mark a watershed point for the company. He leaves behind an organization in chaos, and a department with some curiously missing assets, as he walks into the golden sunset of entrepreneurship.

“Though I’m doing this because my new vending business is keeping me very busy, I want everyone to know that, if I had time, I would love to stay,” a laughing O’Narah told a howling group of Two Brothers Mining employees with a wink. “You are my brothers. I love you, and yet I feel a great sadness in my bosom.”

“Oh, and don’t forget to visit me at Crazy Tricky’s Discount Station Dispensary and Dollar Store!”
